We are seeking a passionate and proven Product Marketing Manager to join our global product marketing team. Reporting to our Product Marketing Director of Messaging, you will own the product marketing strategy and positioning, and help the organization drive the GTM strategy for key audiences.  

  
Sinch is a global Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, offering messaging, voice, video, and email communication solutions to a large international customer base. Responsibilities  

  • Define and implement a cohesive product marketing strategy that positions Sinch's Messaging products as a leader in the space  
  • Drive cross-product Partner with regional sales and marketing leadership and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth (go-to-market planning, product marketing strategy, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and more)  
  • Partner with product managers to influence the product roadmap, product competitiveness, and drive product adoption by sharing key market & customer insights 
  • Advocate for our customers and become an authority on our competition to ensure our products are accurately positioned in the market   
  • Measure, analyze and optimize product marketing programs to deliver better business outcomes   
  • Act as thought leader on customer experience and messaging  
  • Own the product marketing toolkit for your product including messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, ICPs, and personas   
  • Develop product content for external and internal audiences, such as web pages, blog posts, one-pagers, sales decks, demos, and feature functionality assets   
  • Launch new product features and identify ways to drive engagement for existing features   
  • Train and empower cross-functional teams to be product champions  
Requirements
  • 5+ years in product marketing at technology companies (if you feel you are good for this role but don’t meet this criteria, we encourage you to apply anyway).   
  • Proven success as a senior product marketing manager (launching a new product or working on complex product launches)  
  • Experience communicating effectively and presenting to a diverse and senior range of stakeholders  
  • Flexible, cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, environment  
  • Experience in customer communication tools, CPaaSl or Telecoms industry is a plus   
  • Experience in B2B product marketing 
  • Experience with API products is a plus 
  • Phenomenal collaborator who can bridge the gap between product, marketing and sales team   
  • Critical thinker with excellent writing and presentation skills   
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop recommendations based on product, customer, and market data   
  • Willingness to learn and demo products   
  • Comfortable working with a distributed team that spans multiple regions and time zones   
  • Ability to travel if needed

The annual starting salary for this position is between $118,310.00 - $147,888.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 02/07/2025 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
