Job Description
We are seeking an action-oriented, product marketer who is excited to help accelerate the business of one of the largest and fastest growth areas at ServiceNow. We need someone that will excel as an individual contributor and be a great collaborator with our talented product marketing team and business partners. This Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for customer acquisition, driving key elements of our Mid-Market marketing strategy, including developing persona-based solution messaging and AI messaging, creating sales and marketing materials, driving event strategy and execution and more.
The ideal candidate will have positioning, messaging and storytelling in their DNA and demonstrates attention to detail and quality. They are a self-starter and thrive in a fast-past environment.

• Understand the Mid-Market segment across ServiceNow's target industries (Tech, Telecom, Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare); research where and how we've been successful in penetrating to inform the Mid-Market strategy
• Work closely with product and sales to develop positioning and messaging that articulates the unique benefits of ServiceNow's Platform and product offerings for the Mid-Market, in particular, Customer Service Management, IT Service Management and AI Agents.
• Partner with customer marketing to create suite of public-facing customer stories.
• Create messaging and content for various marketing touchpoints across the buyer journey, such as case studies, videos, ebooks, infographics and blog posts and the website.
• Help manage ServiceNow's strategy for and presence for Mid-Market prospects at ServiceNow events, including track and activity definition, speaker selection, messaging support, content review and related event staff management.
• Develop and deliver sales assets and enablement that helps the Mid-Market sales team open, mature and close pipeline. Gather feedback on what messaging resonates to evolve assets and inform marketing materials.
• Partner with our technical product marketers and product managers to define compelling demo narratives.
Qualifications
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8+ years in enterprise software Product Marketing or equivalent
• Familiarity with customer service, CRM or related enterprise solutions
• Strong persona-based messaging and storytelling experience
• Exceptional people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience presenting to enterprise executives in digital and in-person events.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be comfortable with social media and community participation.
• Up to 10% travel to support sales efforts and industry events

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $135,300 - $236,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
