We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy and execution for our Tax & Trade portfolio. This role will be responsible for both inbound and outbound product marketing activities, encompassing market analysis, product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement. The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Product Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Market and Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market opportunities and customer needs. Distill key insights and trends to inform product strategy and marketing plans.

Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate our solutions in the market. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and major releases, working closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams.

Sales Enablement: Create high-impact sales tools and training materials to enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Examples include sell sheets, web pages, videos, competitive battlecards, and pitch decks.

Product Launch: Act as a key driver for new product launches and releases, managing launch calls and delivering channel enablement tools.

Marketing Program Development: Develop and execute product marketing programs and initiatives to generate product awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, webinars, case studies, and white papers.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer success, to align on product strategy and marketing execution.

Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Customer Advisory Boards: Support and/or lead Customer Advisory Boards, sharing feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience.

Event Support: Present as a thought leader and educator at events, conferences, and webinars to internal and external audiences.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Product Marketing Manager if your background includes:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

5+ years of marketing and/or consulting experience.

Experience with messaging complex solutions.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.

Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.

Experience in Financial Services/ B2B SAAS is a plus.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing programs.

Experience working with sales channels and supporting them through commercial and customer growth programs.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
