We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead at the intersection of our Product Management and Brand Partnerships teams. Roblox’s Brand Partnerships Team drives innovation, growth and revenue for the company by partnering closely with top global brands and IP holders. In this role, you’ll unlock opportunities for our brands to foster brand affinity, engagement, and loyalty through our products and with your customer and product expertise.
Role is based in our San Mateo, CA office (days in-office, Tuesday-Thursday) #LI-Hybrid
You Will:
- Develop compelling, evergreen product content that educates and inspires brands to activate and advertise on our platform across our business-focused channels, sales enablement materials and industry events.
- Create comprehensive marketing plans from the strategy to tactics that are aligned with business objectives and that allow us to reach brands at scale leveraging key product moments at industry events and through our owned and earned channels.
- Stay on the pulse of the marketing and advertising industry and nurture and develop our marketing and advertising industry partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns and content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Foster deep cross-collaboration between Brand Partnerships, Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Communications, Events and Creative teams. Become a trusted advisor to these teams.
- Report to Head of Product Marketing, Business Growth
You Have:
- 6+ years product and/or business marketing experience with a global technology platform, with a preference for experience in advertising, commerce, sales or sales enablement.
- Proficiency in messaging, positioning and marketing/content strategy.
- Experience leading omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience driving deep internal partnerships, cross-functional alignment and working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative, perpetually curious with an extremely high-level of brand and customer focus.
- Ability to identify gaps and opportunities and influence relevant teams and executive leadership to reach resolution.
- Experience presenting at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Passionate about supporting new business models and building an advertising business.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

$168,980—$212,870 USD

Hybrid Workspace
Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
