Core Responsibilities

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our team, entrusted with:

  • Collaborating closely with internal and external teams to discover and develop captivating marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Using your growth mindset to infuse creativity into every aspect of our marketing efforts incl. compelling narratives and visually stunning assets that inspire and engage our audience.

  • Proposing new value propositions and go-to-market strategies based on market insights, player needs and the LEGO ecosystem.

  • Curate and manage content and plans across owned touchpoints and platforms to drive awareness of value for players.

  • Monitoring and analyzing activation performance and takeaways.

  • Supporting marketing innovation efforts within digital play.

The LEGO® GAME team is responsible for all game products across the company. It is our ambition to demonstrate, that games based on the LEGO® Idea can be the most fun, creative and collaborative, while being safe. Developed for everyone and loved by children.

You will join the LEGO GAME Ecosystem Integrations team and work cross functionally towards delivering value adding gaming related products across our owned channels and the wider LEGO ecosystem to players of all ages.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong marketing background and toolbox understanding, knowledge of marketing ecosystems and channels is a requirement.

  • A solid foundation of diverse marketing experience, typically gained over a few years.

  • Experience with driving end-to-end marketing initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbally and visually) and a collaborative attitude, with a curiosity about bringing people together to achieve shared goals.

Desirable skills:

  • Prior experience with children's or young adult digital products and gaming is beneficial.

  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing is an advantage.

  • Ability to stay calm and focused in dynamic situations.

  • Experience in working on agile teams, where communication, collaboration, and taking initiative is key.
