BlackStone eIT, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is on the lookout for a talented and driven Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Your responsibilities will include defining product vision and strategy, managing feature prioritization, and ensuring successful product launches. As a Product Manager, you will be an advocate for the customer, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with company goals.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage feature delivery in collaboration with development teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain product competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
