Terminal builds software that digitizes, optimizes and automates the last major missing piece of the logistics technology value chain  leveraging best-in-class machine learning. Our platform provides warehouse operators with the intelligence needed to optimize their usage of trucks, trailers, chassis, containers and personnel. These are the fundamental operating assets of commerce - and represent the last great frontier of untapped data. In the process, Terminal will address many industry-wide pain points, including compliance, manual processes, equipment location, phantom costs, and labor inefficiencies. Ultimately, Terminal will become the central nervous system for the yard, seamlessly connecting all data sources to support an extensive range of essential functions.

Our world class vision engineering team has built an engine that can process the movement of trucks and containers in real time. It’s now time to unlock the potential of that engine by building SaaS applications that leverage the vision engine to transform the logistics industry.  

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to amplify our reach and impact. Your role will be crucial in building and bringing our SaaS solutions to the market, and you will be responsible for building a comprehensive analytics engine leveraging the vast amount of data our platform will gather.  The value of our applications is in their ability to drive value for our customers.  Our analytics platform will be a key pillar in that product vision.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver the Terminal SaaS applications

  • Interact with end users to understand requirements, if required travel to sites to understand the environments where the products are being implemented.

  • Deliver effect product requirements incorporating the details required to enable the engineering team to perform effectively

  • Understand the logistics industry and where our products fit and how our customers derive value out of the use of our products. 

  • Collaborate with the product leadership to drive prioritization of products and their commercialization.

  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align go to market strategies, pricing, and activities.

  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and sales on compelling messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value proposition of our applications. 

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. 

  • Deliver effective training materials to both internal and external customers.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Must be based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

  • Strong technical and business background, preferably a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science and/or Business.

  • 3–5+ years of experience defining, building, and delivering successful products, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap to execution and iteration.

  • Strong experience managing customer and/or partner relationships, with a focus on gathering feedback and translating it into product improvements.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and close collaboration with engineering and design teams.

  • Background in supply chain logistics—particularly in warehouse, yard, or transportation operations—is a strong plus.

  • Understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the logistics and operations space is highly desirable.

  • Experience building or contributing to SaaS products, especially those leveraging AI and machine learning, is a plus.
