You will join a team developing state-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around it.

This role will focus on identifying key use cases, determining appropriate training durations, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that our training facility is utilized to drive product development that aligns with our customers’ economic success.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Define and prioritize use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Determine training duration for each use case to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations to ensure training protocols align with product development goals.
  • Oversee the strategic use of our training facility to maximize learning outcomes and product improvements.
  • Ensure that product development efforts align with real-world economic value for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate training insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Synthesize insights from user research, customer meetings, usage data, and sales feedback into a strategy that delivers business objectives and customer benefits
  • Work with our customers to explore humanoid use cases to decompose those use cases for the engineering team
  • Define product features/enhancements and communicate requirements to engineering teams via clearly written requirements documents, diagrams, and concise verbal communication
  • Collaborate with other product managers across the organization to define the strategic short- and long-term perception roadmap of products and identify new opportunities
  • Support product marketing initiatives, partner relationships, and other opportunities to accelerate the adoption your products


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, operations, or engineering roles.
  • Background in robotics, automation, AI/ML training, or industrial technologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business impact.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • You make decisions in uncertainty, prioritizing velocity over perfection
  • You prioritize user feedback, promoting that voice to internal teams
  • Experience with agile methodologies in B2B product environments


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with robotic teleoperation
  • Experience in working with customers in light and heavy duty industrial environments
  • Experience with robotics standards such as ISO 10218-1, TS 15066, RIA R15.06


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
  • Hearing and speech to communicate
