Why Do we exist?

Every company today wants to leverage cutting-edge technology - Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics - to make smarter business decisions. Data is the foundational block on which these advanced techniques can be applied. However, every company's business users struggle to access accurate and reliable data. Data resides fragmented across the 100s of business software that businesses use. Most of the data operators spend time manually consolidating it, and they spend too little time deriving insights. If this ‘collection’ can be automated, it can lead to making business decisions faster, unlocking exponential growth, and delivering a superior experience to customers.

At Hevo, our mission is to enable every company to be data-driven. We started on this journey 4 years back, and as the first step in this direction, we built our first product – “Data Pipeline” or simply “Pipeline”.Hevo Pipeline is a no-code platform that helps companies connect all their data sources within the company to get a unified view of their business. The platform offers integrations with 150+ data sources, such as Databases, SaaS applications, Advertising, and Channels. Today, we enable nearly 2000 companies across more than 40+ countries to be more data-driven. We aim to make the technology so simple that anyone can solve their data problems without being limited due to their lack of technical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate closely with company leadership to define and champion a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Leverage data analysis, market research, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer! Deeply understand user needs and pain points, translating them into innovative and effective product solutions that deliver exceptional value. Champion user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Product Roadmap Execution: Own and drive the execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring product releases to market successfully.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment throughout the product development process.
• Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience working as a Product Manager 
• Startup Experience (Preferred): Experience working within high-paced startup environments is highly desirable, showcasing adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic settings.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience working with technical products is preferred. Comfortable engaging with engineering teams on technical details of projects, demonstrating an understanding of software development principles and practices. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise documentation and presentations.
• Adaptability: A strong problem-solver with a proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments. Demonstrated capacity to multitask, prioritize effectively, and navigate grey areas within the software development lifecycle.
• Passion for Product: A genuine passion for building great products that solve real customer problems and make a positive impact.
