Join us for an exciting opportunity to lead digital product innovation and strategy in Wealth Management, driving transformative change.
As a Product Manager within the Digital Product Strategy and Acceleration team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leading the development and launch of advanced technology solutions. You will collaborate across various business functions to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful products.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, business value, and MVP scope based on customer insights and market research.
- Drive product delivery and write product requirements in collaboration with Technology, Design, and Data & Analytics.
- Prioritize the product roadmap and ensure on-time delivery, integrating data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, market trends, and JPMC goals.
- Act as a thought leader on product design and execution while maintaining keen awareness of the industry landscape.
- Communicate effectively across functions and levels about product vision, timeline, deliverables, etc., including to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and technology trends.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services or digital product management, with experience in wealth management, financial planning, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business managing strategic or transformational change.
- Experience being part of a delivery team that spans multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities, ultimately launching a new/enhanced product to market.
- Advanced user of Jira or other Product tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and ensure our organization is on track to execute against the product roadmap and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, developing a clear path forward from diverse points of view.
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, problem solve, and excel in ambiguity.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Passionate about new industry trends and on constant lookout for AI evolvement.
- M.B.A. or graduate degree in a relevant field desired.
- Previous experience in AI or digital product desired.
