Job Description

• Responsible for a squad (entire product)

• Develops subject matter expertise by understanding a business area, customer journey or complex external domain in depth

• Understand pain points and customer journey for our customers.

• Zoom on problem statements in order to come up with effective solutions for our vendor partners.

• Plan the product vision and roadmap with all key project stakeholders, including business owners,

• designers, and tech leads.

• Gather, create, and define user stories (epics, themes, and features), including creating acceptance

• criteria.

• Build, edit, and maintain product backlog with support from internal teams and stakeholders.

• Continuously improve process and workflow with cross-functional teams through project retrospectives,

• ensuring the product vision can be delivered within defined time and other constraints.

•  Manage product execution to deliver quality products, writing specs, running A/B tests, interviewing

• users, and ensuring product performance.

• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable items to be planned, prioritized, and integrated

• into the team’s roadmap.

• experience with OKRs and roadmap planning

• experience with AB testing, Jira and Agile working environment

• experience working with various stakeholders, including engineering, internal and external stakeholders
