Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be part of the Product team, working closely with the VP of Product Development, as well as Sales and Marketing teams, to define and execute a winning Product Strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision. You’ll gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and detail product development initiatives. Our market research and understanding of the industry will help us identify high-value features that meet market needs. One of the outputs of your work will be a Product Roadmap that drive our development teams to maximize the product value, guaranteeing on-time delivery and the desired quality. This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the product architecture and underlying technologies to effectively communicate with the engineering team and make informed decisions. This technical proficiency will allow you to identify potential risks early, streamline problem-solving, and contribute meaningfully to technical discussions, ensuring the product’s long-term success.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Develop a strong understanding of the product, the market, and the competition, and advocate for the voice of the customer;

  • Contribute actively to the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the overall company vision;

  • Support the product through its lifecycle, actively contributing to planning, development, and post-launch activities;

  • Produce product requirements, including outlining desired goals, features, and high-level design details;

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the product delivers the intended value and aligns with requirements;

  • Work with the marketing team to help develop core positioning and messaging for the product;

  • Assist in monitoring, reporting on, and contributing ideas to improve key product metrics and performance.

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years working in a similar function as a Product Manager;

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar;

  • Strong ability to engage in technical discussions, especially in areas related to security and compliance.;

  • Proficient in using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making;

  • Experience in Security/Application Security is highly valued;

  • Experience in Agile methodologies is valued.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills;

  • Skilled at developing simple solutions to complex challenges;

  • Be able to define a strategy and lead multi-functional teams toward shared goals;

  • Proficient in spoken and written English is mandatory.
