Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager to own and enhance the features and functionalities of our Property Management System (PMS) SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to define, build, and optimize products that drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying key customer needs, prioritizing product enhancements, and ensuring the seamless execution of PMS innovations that improve operational efficiency for hotels and hospitality businesses.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the PMS product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and hospitality industry needs.
• Own and drive the development of PMS features and functionalities that enhance guest experiences and improve hotel operations.
• Conduct deep market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver world-class PMS solutions that solve real customer problems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and revenue growth of PMS products.
• Create and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring the timely delivery of impactful features.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and continuously iterate based on data insights.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback from hotel operators, property managers, and key stakeholders to drive continuous product improvements.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for PMS product launches and feature rollouts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Planet Hospitality remains a leader in the PMS SaaS space.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in B2B product management, with a strong background in SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful PMS features and functionalities that drive business growth.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!).
• Passion for hospitality technology, user experience, and solving complex business challenges.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with property management systems (PMS), hotel booking engines, or guest experience solutions.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality workflows.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and software architecture in a SaaS environment.
