We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by serving as a bridge between the business and technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.

Shift Structure: 

  • Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST (Night shift PHT)

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, goals, and objectives, considering both business and technical aspects.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for the development team.
  • Work closely with the development team to provide guidance and support during the product development process.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experience and intuitive product design.
  • Monitor and track product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our product remains competitive in the market.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to scoping questions from the technical team, leveraging your strong business acumen.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects, with the ability to effectively communicate and bridge the gap between the two.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of agile product development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Salary is commensurate with experience.
