JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking three experienced and driven Product Managers to join our growing team in Manila. Each Product Manager will be responsible for delivering key initiatives within one or more of industry’s verticals. You will play a crucial role in driving the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for assigned industry vertical(s).
  • Conduct surveys, competitor analysis, and interviews to identify opportunities and trends.

Backlog Management:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements, estimate effort, and plan releases.

Discovery and Delivery:

  • Lead product discovery efforts, working closely with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to validate ideas and prioritize features.
  • Oversee the entire delivery process, ensuring on-time and high-quality product releases by actively collaborating with designers, developers, and testers.

Impact and Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customer support, customer success, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment.

Customer and Market Liaison:

  • Collaborate with the sales, field installation, customer support and customer success teams to gather user feedback and address pain points.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Team Engagement:

  • Foster strong collaboration and context-sharing among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and priorities.
  • Actively contribute to creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agronomy, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery techniques, and backlog management.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Slack, and Figma is essential, along with the ability to identify opportunities for automation and implement workflows that enhance productivity and minimize manual tasks.
  • Familiarity with building products using ReactJS, Node, AWS, and AI tools is highly desirable.
