The Role :
The ideal candidate will be Product Leader who can self-drive eCommerce Analytics projects and deliver revenue generating product offerings for Anchanto customers. This critical role is crucial in achieving genuinely world-class repeatable results that grow our expertise and ensure we win as Anchanto Product team. This position will report to the Senior Director of Product, Anchanto.  

This role is part of the Anchanto’s Product team with a specific focus on building products for e-commerce. Your mission is to drive innovation. As a Product Manager on the team, you will collaborate with multiple functions including engineering, business and operations across geographies. You will work closely with key stakeholders and drive the Integrations vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap Management: Develop and manage multiple roadmaps for Order Management. Support market research, competitor analysis and feature requests from customers
  • Product Roadmap Prioritization and Planning: Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to plan and prioritize the current and future product sprints. Ensure alignment with product vision and goals
  • User Stories Development: Translating and analysing requirements to Epics. Accountable to support and develop user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder input and requirement gathering. Support development of product documentation, release notes, BRDs, and user guides
  • User Interviews: Conduct user interviews and usability tests to develop actionable insights
  • Product Monitoring: Develop product KPIs and identify improvement areas. Ensure product features are aligned with product vision and meeting QA standards and customer expectations
  • Communication: Connect regularly with stakeholders, engineering, QA and customers to provide product updates and solicit feedback. Communicate product features, functionalities, SLA expectations to stakeholders
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Responsible for co-developing content for product marketing and support the sales team for product demos and RFPs

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in the one of the following – Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5+ years of work experience in product management and knowledge of best practices and working for international companies is a plus.
  • 3+ years of working in order management, ecommerce operations or domain knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), and Inventory Management Systems.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work in time-critical situations
  • Stay connected to new innovations in the omni-channel space and bring these innovations into the product.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stress environment under minimal supervision.
  • Evidence of solving large-scale problems for customers. Ability to take complex concepts and simplify them for the customer.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to communicate solution concept ideas through sketches, and wireframes.
  • Experienced and comfortable with presenting work to executives and large groups, customers. Strong ability to communicate complicated concepts and bring clarity to stakeholders and team members.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique.
