As our Web3 Product Manager, you translate our business requirements into workable user stories for the engineering team. You champion our Decentralised Platform and ensure the vision is documented, broken into a step-by-step plan, and prioritized across different teams and a diverse group of stakeholders. The ultimate goal of your role is to build an open Cloud, a decentralised Platform enabling Hardware Providers to offer spare capacity on which Software Providers to build amazing cloud solutions. You will define our next-generation strategies for scalable and composable services as part of our cloud offer, taking into account performance and unit economics.

What you will do

• Create the vision, strategy, and product roadmap.
• Design and implement ICN Platform product strategy in alignment with the company’s goals. 
• Engage with internal stakeholders to make sure that product is aligned to business goals
• Engage with external stakeholders, 
• Conduct market research, create business cases for all web3-related features and enhancements, to understand how our software providers & node providers use our product and what can be done to improve their experience.
• Work closely with our engineering team, translate the vision into a step-by-step plan, use dimensional planning, decide which features have high priority, create acceptance criteria and ensure work executed is documented well.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of ICN’s product strategy
• Be the face of the ICN DePIN product internally and externally .

What you bring

• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, or related disciplines; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end product management.
• Proven experience in successfully launching and managing products within the tech industry. Previous experience with decentralized/distributed technologies, cloud storage/computing, and related fields is a plus.
• Strong collaborative qualities and the ability to work and influence cross functional teams..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience presenting at public events.
