We’re seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and experienced Product Manager possessing proven business acumen and technical/technology expertise to join our growing Product team. You will be working on programs and initiatives for global restaurant brands in the quick service and casual dining space.

  • Define and manage the development of branded commerce and engagement solutions on web and mobile applications
  • Actively engage customers and key stakeholders to drive business requirements definition 
  • Assess and manage scope of work, decomposing high level business requirements into epics and stories
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, design, data analytics, and engineering throughout the client product development lifecycle
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress; ensure executive sponsors and others are aware of any potential roadblocks or inability to deliver as committed
  • Test and monitor for customer and user satisfaction, resolve issues through process analysis, application activity, reviews, and customer feedback
  • Lead client product enhancements process through review, prioritization, product development milestones, product launch, and results measurement
  • Create user training and on-going support documentation, and facilitate training sessions
  • Work both independently and in a team setting while delivering high quality work in a consistent manner in an Agile/Scrum environment

 
Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience: 
    • As a product manager/product owner for consumer, e-commerce, web and/or mobile applications
    • Experience in a SCRUM/Agile environment writing epics and stories as a product owner
    • Analyzing, clarifying, and translating client business and functional requirements
    • Managing scope of work and change management efforts
  • Knowledgeable, and hands-on expertise in: 
    • Business process and data analysis, functional design, modeling, product development processes, and software testing
    • Shipping products from start to finish, concept to launch
    • Execution of product roadmaps
    • Writing and publishing release notes and product feature documentation
    • Coordinating and managing enterprise scale SaaS based software solutions
    • Documenting current and future state business process flows
    • Technical troubleshooting and problem solving 
  • Customer focused with high quality standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience working directly with or in a consultative role with a SaaS based, e-commerce organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of work
  • Ability to travel as business needs demand

Pay and Benefits (USA)

  • Expected base salary range $105,000 - $130,000. Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
  • Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
  • Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits. Additional health benefits include Healthcare and Dependent Care reimbursement programs, Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) and Optum Care 24-hour confidential medical counseling services.
  • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years. Eligible part-time employees earn pro-rated PTO.
  • Retirement: Effective with your employment start date, you will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
