The lastminute.com Payments and Fintech Growth team is looking for a new colleague to add in the Customer Payments area.

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead key initiatives and drive strategic growth of wallet and vouchers. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in customer payments and loyalty.

The job in brief:

Contract -  Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)

What your impact will be

  • Wallet Strategy & Development:
    • Define and execute the strategy for a customer-facing wallet
    • Increase the ratio of payments through stored payment methods
    • Manage, innovate and evolve the existing voucher product toward balance accounts

Qualifications

Your expertise:

  • 5+ years of product development experience in high volume e-commerce
  • Proven track record in customer payments, card tokenization, card account updater and vouchers/coupon
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with agile teams (mainly product engineering) to deliver fast time-to-market quality product increments
  • Analytical mindset to collect data (qualitatively and quantitatively) with a focus on customer-centric solutions

Desirable:

  • Experience with loyalty programs is highly desirable
  • Experience in the travel industry
