About the Role:
The Product Manager, Risk & Compliance, SaaS Products, is responsible for the coordination and overall management of the functional product development lifecycle for a range of Risk & Compliance’s SaaS products, including Risk Center Financial Crime and Due Diligence. You will report directly to the Senior Director of SaaS and be part of the Risk & Compliance Product Team and will require regular interaction and liaison with Dow Jones technology team and third-party teams.
You will ensure that both the existing Product features are operating as specified and all new product features are specified, scheduled and delivered both internally and to our client base.
You Will:

Develop the high-level requirements for new SaaS product enhancements and product features.

Define the Roadmap Prioritisation and ensure this is understood by the relevant technical partner.

Be a necessary contributor to the Sprint Planning and Backlog Management, ensuring that agreed priorities are followed, minor changes are progressed and the Backlog is maintained to retain Engineering utilisation.

Help with the communications (internally and externally) of new feature releases and maintenance of user guides.

Work with both Sales and Customers to support understanding of contracted products, collect feedback on usage and suggestions for enhancements and expansions.

Collaborate with research and proposition teams to ensure market-driven needs are met.

Lead migration activities within the assigned product area which includes working with partners across the business.
You Have:

4+ YOE, or exposure, to Product Management with a product delivery track record.

Reasonable technical know-how including an understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.

Project Management experience, with Programme Management capability preferable.
