Job Description
As a Cloud Product Manager for the latest AI GPU server infrastructure in the EMEA front-end team, you will play a critical role in strategic product management. You will serve as the key link between our products and the EMEA cloud & datacenter market. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our products align with market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) activities for our cloud products in EMEA region proactively.
- Collaborate with the headquarters product team and front-end sales team to ensure product documentation is complete and customer-ready.
- Refine value propositions and messaging based on the needs of EMEA market and work with the headquarters product team, front-end sales, and marcom teams on product-related communications.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer feedback to refine product strategies.
- Monitor and follow up on product and project status.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams, partners, and customers on product features, benefits, and positioning.
- Represent the product at trade shows alongside the sales and marcom teams.
- Provide support to the FAE team in addressing advanced technical inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification in server industry is preferred.
- 5~10 years of experience in server or datacenter product/project management, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in product management.
- Proven track record of working directly with customers to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and create win-win scenarios.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present results to management and stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Business fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
