This is where you come in. We are creating a new function in Product Development at NutEx to manage existing and future products in the area of Phytotechnology. You will be closely coordinating with NutEx Domestication and Supply as well as Blueprint functions. There will also be close interaction with product managers within the Skretting and Trouw Nutrition Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Product Management

  • Establish and lead the product management function for Phytotechnology within NutEx.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product value propositions and technical dossiers.

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, including post-launch optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure products meet business objectives, market demands, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage all intellectual property, authorizations, registrations, and compliance matters related to the product portfolio.

Edgeos Brand - Content and Documentation

  • Manage all product-related visuals and artwork, maintaining consistency across platforms.

  • Support the management and development of the Edgeos brand, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and communication strategies.

  • Collaborate with corporate communications and marketing teams to enhance brand recognition and value across markets.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key liaison with Supply & Demand and Blueprint teams to align on product strategy and execution.

  • Provide product expertise to the Discovery Team, supporting ongoing innovation and knowledge-building efforts.

  • Engage with commercial teams in Skretting and Trouw Nutrition to ensure seamless market integration and feedback loops.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a product management function related to medicinal plants, Phytotechnology.

  • Proven track record in content development, project management, and marketing material creation.

  • Strong content writing capabilities.

  • Hands-on approach with a proactive, execution-driven mindset.

  • Engaged, creative, and driven individual who excels in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.

  • Willingness to explore new territory, take risks, and contribute to innovative solutions.
