Technical Product Manager
The Product Manager is responsible for the product lifecycle, strategy development, and launch of new and enhanced propositions within the ONESOURCE platform, leveraging AI and data-driven insights.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Technical Product Manager, you will:

Lead product launch and post-launch management of new/enhanced propositions, products, and/or services, including design, development, and launch activities.

Create proposals or business cases to obtain approval for projects and gain support for new propositions, products, or services.

Develop and execute plans to sunset obsolete propositions, products, or services.
-
Support the definition and communication of features, benefits/key selling points, and competitive positioning to key stakeholders.

Conduct or participate in market and competitive analysis to drive the creation and positioning of propositions, products, or services.

Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy.

Participate in or lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

Create standards, processes, and policies and participate in testing/validation.

Incorporate UX/UI principles and user feedback into the product development process.
About You
You will fit for the role of Technical Product Manager if your background includes:

Experience in product lifecycle management and strategy development.

Experience in product launch and post-launch management of new/enhanced propositions, products, and/or services.

Proven ability to create proposals or business cases to obtain approval for projects.

Experience in conducting market and competitive analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and incorporating user feedback.

Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts

Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks

Demonstrates knowledge of AI industry trends and advancements
Desired Skills:

Experience with tax or financial software platforms.

Experience working with global teams.
Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Finance).

Product Management certification is a plus.
