Job Description
As a Product Manager for the industrial vehicle battery charging product line in the EMEA front-end team, you will play a critical role in strategic product management. You will serve as the key link between our products and the EMEA industrial vehicle market. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our products align with market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
1. Drive go-to-market (GTM) activities for industrial vehicle battery charging products in EMEA region proactively.
2. Collaborate with the headquarters product team and front-end sales team to ensure product documentation is complete and customer-ready.
3. Refine value propositions and messaging based on the needs of EMEA market and work with the headquarters product team, front-end sales, and marcom teams on product-related communications.
4. Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer feedback to refine product strategies.
5. Monitor and follow up on product and project status.
6. Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams, partners, and customers on product features, benefits, and positioning.
7. Represent the product at trade shows alongside the sales and marcom teams.
8. Provide support to the FAE team in addressing advanced technical inquiries.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
2. 10 years of experience in charging and/or battery product/project management and R&D is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in product management.
3. Proven track record of working directly with customers to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and create win-win scenarios.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present results to management and stakeholders.
5. Excellent presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Business fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
7. Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
