Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AALC and CDU solutions, including pricing, from product development and launch to end-of-life (EOL) management.
- Develop and offer tailored cooling solutions to meet local market demands in the EMEA region, aligning with the specific preferences of Colocation customers.
- Work closely with R&D and the BU team in Taiwan for product development, ensuring technical specifications and innovations meet market needs.
- Gather market feedback, monitor the opportunities pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous product improvement and competitive advantage.
- Assess market requirements, monitor the competition, and evaluate potential product risks to drive effective product strategies.
- Manage product launches, provide training to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure effective communication throughout the product introduction process.
- Own the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring products meet compliance and certification standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Thermodynamics
- 8+ years of experience in the cooling or HVAC industry, with at least 5+ years in Product Management of industrial or cooling solutions.
- Experience managing the product lifecycle of centralized cooling solutions or similar systems for data centers, including AALC and CDUs.
- Proven ability to work with R&D teams and align product development with market demands.
- Strong understanding of customer and market needs and the ability to offer customized solutions.
- Familiarity with product certification processes, technical documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in matrix organizations.
- Fluency in English. Other European language skills are a plus.
- Open to occasional travel around EMEA region.
