The Role. You will…

  • Scope and lead feature development and roll-outs through excellent cross-functional collaboration, testing, communication, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Analyze e-commerce and customer engagement data to identify product improvements and deliver actionable insights for brand-specific enhancements.
  • Lead brand meetings to understand client needs, synthesize feedback, and propose product features that align with the shared goals across Archive and our Brand partner.
  • Train client and brand-facing teams on product capabilities, tools, and customization options, empowering them to effectively address brand needs and navigate system limitations.
  • Make hard trade-offs to prioritize features by staying actively engaged with resourcing, engineering planning, roadmapping, and the brand portfolio to prioritize the most critical features for our business.
  • Build strong product chops and startup acumen by working closely with Archive's Product/Engineering Leadership, CTO, and CEO (BCG, Palantir, Google, Peloton, several startups) to understand our business and make strategic trade-offs and prioritization decisions.

Your Experience. You have…

  • 3-5 years of client-facing product management, product operations, or a related role
  • Proven ability to make trade-offs against business needs, specific client requests, strategic investment, and engineering resources to maximize growth
  • A strong track record of breaking down complex requests into actionable tasks with system-level thinking
  • Experience delivering excellent project outcomes, with strong attention to detail, and iterating on features time
  • Demonstrated an ability to uniquely gather, track, and generate insights from user needs and market trends
  • A familiarity with technical concepts and systems
  • A thirst for learning about the emerging resale market

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in e-commerce software, iteration, and growth
  • Experience with Hex, Linear, Foundry, and/or Figma are a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools to support Account Management teams in their discussions with brands.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and the biggest brands driving resale. If you're a problem-solver, execution-oriented, and have a passion for supporting brand partners through tailored product solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
