We are looking for a Lead Product Manager, Identity

Total Compensation between: $682,000 - $842,000, which includes a fixed annual salary of $350,000, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

We’re looking for a talented and driven Lead Product Manager to help us unlock relevance in Ecommerce. In particular, you will be helping solve the most challenging problems across Identity within our Customer & Client Data Platform.

The Customer & Client Data Platform (CCDP) at Rokt leverages first and third-party data to enhance customer identification, audience insights, and attribution accuracy. CCDP’s mission is to identify 100% of customers across all integrations, improving relevance through advanced models, and tracking conversions precisely. 

You’ll work alongside a smart and passionate team of product managers, engineers, and data scientists, delivering significant value along the way. 

About the role: 

What we’re looking for in a Principal Product Manager

  • You are experienced in owning the product strategy, vision and roadmap across multiple products. You’re creative and think outside the here and now to set ambitious goals and direction.
  • You’re a skilled problem solver and can find clarity in the biggest, most challenging problems.
  • You are a concise and effective communicator, skilled at leading discussions with internal and client senior executives and developing relationships
  • You are a strong executor, with a track record of delivering products and features that solve real customer problems
  • You showcase business acumen across multiple domains, and are able to easily grasp new concepts and become a subject matter expert and trusted partner for our clients

Requirements

About you:

  • 6+ years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organization, or other relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. science, engineering, computer science)
  • Experience or existing knowledge in CDPs is desirable
