Our team is at the forefront of technological advancements, leveraging the most comprehensive identity document library globally to provide best-in-class services to our clients.
The Role
This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Product Manager to become a pivotal part of an innovative company in the digital identity sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to address complex issues for our clients in Identity Verification. This position will be based out of Atlanta, Ga.
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing the product's vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will include defining and articulating product roadmaps, as well as overseeing feature development and prioritization. You will ensure the seamless execution of strategic priorities while maintaining both the vision and technical excellence of the product. The Product Manager is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, QA, and Engineering, to ensure that the product requirements are clear, achievable, and aligned with customer and market needs.
What you will do
- Driving the roadmap and execution for new products and features
- Delivering epics for the features and enhancements guiding the agile development team
- Gathering business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders in Sales, Solution Engineering, Privacy, Legal and Support
- Partnering and collaborating with the product team members, developers, QA, and UX designers to deliver customer and market aligned features and enhancements.
- Supporting go to market (GTM) activities for new product launches and feature releases
- Domain expertise and working experience in the Identity Verification domain.
- Logical problem-solving approach; experience of analyzing data and data evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal skills including communicating, presenting, collaborating, and team building.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs (or ability to obtain this) with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workloads and priorities.
