Responsibilities :
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Engineer to join PPR team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our customer-facing teams and the development team.
As a Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer escalations, analyzing complex issues, and driving resolutions that enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, analyze technical issues and troubleshooting complex scenarios and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to gather detailed issue reports and route to the development team accordingly.
Build and maintain a repository of customer knowledge to assist in quicker issue identification and resolution.
Technical Expertise:
Ability to empathize with customers and understand their challenges and pain points.
Problem-Solving Skills like strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between development and customer facing teams.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
