Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience with New Product Introduction, creating and challenging project requirements for new product designs whilst fostering innovation and sustainability.
• Understanding of Product, Process and Equipment Validation involving validating testing plans and data review, test regimes based upon knowledge and experience.
• Work using own initiative, prioritizing work as appropriate whilst maintaining a cross-functional team approach.
• Knowledge or problem-solving techniques and demonstrated self-initiative.
• Travel 10%
Responsibilities:
• Familiar with multiple software platforms, procedures, and techniques relevant for this function.
• Familiar with process validation procedures and techniques (IQ, OQ and PQ) documents for new products, processes, and equipment.
• Acts as a designated technical lead
• Lead and support Product Lifecycle Management projects.
• Supports/initiates investigations of non-conformances (such as NC's, CAPA, Audit Observations) and initiates and maintains interplant communication of technical issues.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
