Job Title: Product Engineer - Digital Solutions
The Opportunity

In this role, you'll support and guide customers with cutting-edge digital solutions, including online monitoring, communications, and sensors. With a focus on collaboration and relationship-building, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, participate in conferences and trade shows, and support sales teams in developing quotes and customer solutions. How You'll Make an Impact
- Support and guide customers with digital solutions, such as online monitoring, communications, sensors.
- Provide technical advice to customers.
- Engage other technical specialists to support customer needs as required.
- Develop commercial/technical presentations and trainings.
- Engage in day-to-day operational activities to ensure effective delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Support sales teams in opportunity discussions, cost construction, and proposal development.
- Review and discuss technical drawings to ensure clarity and alignment on project needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across various levels.
Your Background
- A bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, preferably electrical, computer science, or IT-related.
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver both technical and sales content.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with a solid understanding of engineering concepts.
- Must have proper work authorization to work in the United States
Differentiators:
- Experience in electrical substations.
- Technical background in digital solutions, not necessarily related to High Voltage substations (i.e.. drivers, PLCs, electrical systems).
- Deep knowledge in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Experience as a product specialist.
- Experience with Protection/Control relays, IEDs, equipment monitoring, electrical instrumentation, supervisory systems, process instrumentation, process automation, communication protocols and similar.
- Priority is given to those willing to relocate, but remote work would be considered based on experience.
