As a Product Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring internal teams and external partners have the knowledge and resources to effectively understand and utilize Engrain's products. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will enhance communication, streamline product documentation, support smooth feature rollouts, and assist with product operations. You'll collaborate across departments to bridge the gap between product development, operations, and adoption, ensuring clarity and efficiency in how we deliver new solutions.
What you'll do...
- Develop Comprehensive Documentation - Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to support internal teams and external partners in understanding product functionality and workflows.
- Enhance Communication Channels - Ensure seamless information sharing across teams by establishing structured communication processes for product updates, changes, and releases.
- Support Product Teams during Releases - Assist in product launches by providing training materials, internal enablement, and external resources to drive adoption.
- Support Product Operations - Assist with process optimization, tooling, and coordination to improve efficiency across product development and delivery.
- Own Special Product Initiatives - Conduct market research, analyze data, and manage projects that support strategic product initiatives and enhancements.
What you'll offer us...
- 4-6 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, project management, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training platforms, with a willingness to develop expertise in managing and maintaining training content.
- Understanding of product release cadences and software development lifecycles-experience supporting product launches or managing updates across teams is a plus.
- Ability to create clear and engaging documentation-comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences through a variety of formats (written guides, FAQs, knowledge bases, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills-comfortable working across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure accurate and timely knowledge sharing.
- Process-driven mindset with attention to detail-ability to contribute to improving workflows and optimizing knowledge-sharing tools.
- Experience with enablement strategies or a desire to develop expertise in training and change management to drive product adoption.
What we offer you...
- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
