We are seeking a Product Designer with a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences to shape our digital storefront product suite. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and optimising the user journey across our platform, balancing the unique needs of growth-minded restaurants and their guests,  ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, accessible, and engaging solutions that meet user needs and drive business growth.


About this roll* (responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with UX, product management, engineering, and marketing to understand users, translating that understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development
  • Design intuitive experiences across responsive web and native mobile platforms,  delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
  • Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results
  • Support user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design
  • Work closely with localisation teams to ensure designs are culturally appropriate and easily adaptable to different languages and regions.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things and tackle a range of challenges as they arise
  • A passion for continuous learning with restaurants and guests to be data and insights driven
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Enduring sense of curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and evolve
  • Fluency in Figma and other prototyping and design collaboration tools
  • Passion for creating delightful, native-feeling experiences across several channels
