Job Description

• Develop and implement advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to address business challenges and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL and/or Python, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and accessibility for reporting purposes.
• Utilize DAX and Power Query to optimize data models, enabling efficient analysis of trends, patterns, and KPIs across various business functions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights through tailored Power BI solutions.
• Support the design, automation, and maintenance of key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to facilitate ongoing business monitoring and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with Power BI best practices and industry advancements in data visualization and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard creation.
• Experience in SQL for complex querying, data extraction, and data manipulation to support reporting needs.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for data analysis and integration with BI tools.
• Passionate about data visualization and delivering clear, actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining effective data visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.
