Job Description
Position: SUMMARY
To Manage a network of more than 140 Staffs including "Product Consultants" and "Product Consultants Supervisor", to achieve sales off-take of Sika's products in Modern Trade and Project Dealers accounts. Ket performance indicators are based on PCs retention and on sales-out achieved. You would be reporting to our Distribution Manager
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and lead a network of 130+ PC and 6+ PC towards maximum performance and motivation. Frequent stores visits are essential.
- Implement a master plan to optimize the staff retention be actively involved in a recruitment; design an integration program; work on the benefits package while monitoring expense; career development.
- Implement a plan to foster PCs sense of belonging to Sika ; Improve communication with frequent calls, newsletter, emails; appraisals interviews twice a year ; regular feedback and survey; promote our company values.
- Implement a plan to enhance OC Sales performance : products trainings; hard skill trainings; sales support; documentation; Commuinication of new products.
- Horizontal collaboration with "Modern Trade Sales Manager", Dealer Manager" for in -store promotional events or displays, sales target, stock level.
- Close collaboration with marketing Manager, Target Market Manager, Human Resource Manager to achieve common company goals
- Performance analysis: analysis sales data, customer feedback, and market trend s to evaluate the performance of product and make recommendations for improvement or adjustments in pricing, packaging or positioning.
- Collaboration and ownership of the relationship with our outsourced HR provider.
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Psychology, behavioral Science, or any other related fields.
- Relevant experience 3 years or above in retail sales.
- Work experience in manager level would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English to grow in a multicultural working environment.
- Basic knowledge of Laws
