Responsible for the creative development and production of radio and television commercial production; including overall price branding, standards branding, item/price, co-marketing and event production and coordination.
What You'll be Doing:
- Fully understand creative strategy and brand requirements and represent accordingly.
- Define goals or project (radio, television or otherwise).
- Meet scheduled deadlines for projects on a regular basis.
- Execute TV/Radio production in a timely manner.
- Develop schedule memos, processes, etc. for projects.
- Liaison for Meijer and Advertising Agency.
- Coordinate research for development of project and/or technical execution.
- Organize people, tasks, project timeline and production to accomplish scheduled project goals.
- Strive for breakthrough radio and television creativity.
- Continue education on advancements in the field of broadcast.
- Maintain Meijer branding in broadcast media.
- Successfully maintain multiple projects at any given time.
- Seek positive resolutions to challenges.
- Seek and offer peers advice and assistance when needed.
- Facilitate cooperation with team members.
- Display loyalty and respect to team.
- Look for ways to promote a healthy, interactive environment.

What You'll Bring with You (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, advertising or production.
- Strong management, communication, organizational and people skills.
- Graphic and computer design skills.
- Familiar/Expert with all appropriate design software.
- Decision making skills and confidence.
