Currently we are looking for exceptional Procurement Specialist to join our team in Lodz, Poland.

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services. Procurement Specialists develops information and insights from data and communicate those insights and such information to stakeholders. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and category leadership to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Core responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain purchase orders in the system, including closing past due.

  • Support business requestors with purchase order-related queries.

  • Manage outline agreements in the system and ensure regular updates.

  • Conduct data analysis for category planning, business cases, sourcing activities, process improvements, and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, utilizing SAP data.

  • Prepare and analyze data for KPI reporting, category strategies, and CI initiatives.

  • Serve as an SAP super user for the Procurement Team.

  • Apply global procurement procedures and policies.

  • Generate high-quality reports and spend analysis.

  • Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to facilitate smooth transactions and promptly resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / University Degree,

  • At least 2 years of related experience in Procurement roles

  • Languages: English is a must (both speaking and in writing); Polish: min. B1 level;

  • Advanced SAP Procurement module knowledge,

  • Advanced Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc

  • Knowledge of Power Query, Macros, or Power BI, or a willingness to learn; VBA is an advantage

  • Ability to deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines
