Job duties

  • Updating of various department asset spreadsheets and keeping asset folders up to date
  • Daily communication with the Maintenance Manager on various tasks assigned and needs
  • Written and oral communication with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Daily ordering of parts and supplies as needed for shops
  • Continuance pricing/vendor shopping for better service and supplies on maintenance parts
  • Responsible for monthly inventory parts numbers
  • Keeping up to date with registration for all vehicles and other vehicle document requirements
  • Managing trucks and trailers at repair shops and relay ETA to the correct management
  • Responsible for cost tracking and analysis on maintenance expenses in each market
  • Reviewing credit card statements and bill approvals for the maintenance department
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Automotive Industry knowledge required
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication.
  • Advanced computer skills: typing, scanning, etc.
  • Able to multitask in a high pace environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills
