Procurement Operations Analyst
Location: fully remote (fully remote with office access in Warsaw, Poland)
Purpose
Accountable for on time and accurate management of the Ariba Operational activities.
This position will work closely with all the IT, Ariba users, External partner E-Procure Team and other relevant stakeholders.
This position reports directly to the GSS E-Procure Lead.
The Job (responsibilities):
- Escalation of the IT issues in Ariba and SAP applications.
- Overseeing the Invoice Reconciliation Process.
- Supporting the Supplier Enablement team.
- Supporting the Helpdesk team with user queries (Respond to end user questions)
- Internal and External audits of Ariba application.
- System testing with IT and business.
- Coordinating with business and master data teams for production data (GL, cost center, suppliers, etc.)
- Communication and training of suppliers and users.
- Validation of all data loads for production (loads + sign off)
- Hypercare with business, including production support post Hyper Care.
- Troubleshoot System Issues.
The Person (requirements):
- Higher Degree (preferably in Accounting, Economics, or IT) or equivalent in work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an SSC or BPO environment (preferably within Accounts Payable or Global Supply Chain)
- SAP & Ariba knowledge required, good command of MS Excel.
- Icertis knowledge is an advantage.
- Detailed oriented with focus on completing assigned tasks.
- Accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills (problem identification, communication, ability to work in a team, ability to work remotely)
- Fluency in English language, Polish or other EU language is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written business communication skills.
