About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced analyst or project manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Procurement Associate Manager role lies within European and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM Zone). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into The Value Creation Business Partner - EPDM Procurement & Sustainability . Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Innovation & Productivity Pipeline will be your primary responsibility. You're constantly looking for improvement activities within Mayo & Condiments and Culinary Tomato pods .
In brief, you are responsible for:
- Acting as Procurement and Sustainability representative in cross-functional project teams supporting productivity and innovation agenda for mayo, condiments, and culinary tomato products.
- Liaising between project teams, Procurement sourcing teams, and sustainability team to ensure strategic alignment and support strategic sourcing initiatives to deliver the POD project pipeline.
- Supporting to connect with EPDM markets to share project pipeline, project status and procurement/sustainability strategy/insights.
- Support routine business reporting on POD performance and project milestones with support of European project manager.
- Lead/support ideation sessions within the POD.
- Create and manage relationship with suppliers and copackers connected to projects.
- Collaborate with Procurement Operations team and other key stakeholders to support project execution.
- Support business case development to build robust project pipeline for execution.
- Leading necessary sourcing activities (RFI, RFP) in collaboration with buyer/sourcing team to support delivery of the POD project pipeline.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Professional-level English
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or food science; Masters degree is a plus.
- 3+ years professional experience with a record of strong performance.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Experience with complex stakeholder management is preferred.
- Professional services experience is a plus.
- Procurement/Ops experience is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environment is a plus.
