What you will be doing:

As part of our team, you’ll directly influence our mission by streamlining procurement processes, securing cost-effective vendor partnerships, and supporting our global Engineering Operations—all while driving operational excellence in a dynamic FinTech environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with our Engineering teams to source and negotiate contracts with leading IT, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure vendors. You’ll secure favorable terms that balance cost, compliance, and risk standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders—including Legal and Finance—to refine vendor terms (SLAs, pricing, scalability) and automate complex workflows (using tools like JIRA), ensuring an agile and responsive procurement cycle.
- Analyze spend data with BI tools and the Google suite to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our strategic procurement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to track KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost savings, and service utilization rates, ensuring our vendor partnerships consistently meet high performance standards.
- Play a key role in evolving our procurement strategies and processes. Your proactive ideas will help us stay ahead of industry changes and regulatory requirements.
About you:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.
- With 2+ years in procurement, vendor management, or FinTech/IT operations, you have a proven track record negotiating high-value contracts and managing IT/cloud vendors effectively
- Your advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and data visualisation tools empower you to turn complex data into actionable insights. Experience with procurement software (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- You understand key compliance frameworks—such as anti-corruption laws and GDPR—ensuring all procurement activities meet rigorous regulatory standards.
- You’re fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that help you clearly articulate data-driven insights and negotiate effectively.
