Location & Flexibility

As a Procurement Analyst, you are an integral part of our team. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity in our São Paulo or Porto Alegre offices. 

The Opportunity

The primary objective of the Procurement Analyst role is to assist the organization by effectively analyzing and managing its procurement processes and systems. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance in procurement-related activities. Additionally, the role involves collecting and analyzing data on supplier performance, market trends, and internal requirements to identify potential cost savings, improvements, and risk mitigation strategies.

The Procurement Analyst will report directly to the Director of Office Operations and Experience and collaborate closely with the Finance team and other business units.

Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in the procurement system and process. You will draft requisitions, issue POs, assist buyers with questions, issue reports and/or provide spending analysis
  • Develop an understanding of company facilities and requirements, capabilities, processes, and constraints
  • Build relationships with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Manage and own data, reports, and dashboards with the goal of creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that are accurate and secure
  • Manage the Company’s buying policy
  • Assist Workday users and buyers with procurement questions, create and/or update procurement learning materials
  • Manage contract filing system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
  • Experience with procurement system and process, stakeholders’ and contract management; 
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with the ability to engage various disciplines and stakeholders in the organization while creating clarity and transparency around status and priorities
  • English skills - Fluent/ Advanced level
  • Data management, processing, and reporting experience
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and methodology
  • Highly organized and motivated with a proactive approach and mindset
