You support the Procurement team in the AMPLIFY project within the Husqvarna Group for the implementation of the new SAP S/4 HANA ERP system and are the link between the project team, the Competence Center Sourcing and and the respective BU Sourcing departments. Together with a team of experts from the various areas and divisions, you will develop a future way of working and describe the associated requirements.
Responsibilities:

Standardization and harmonization of business processes and related process documentation in collaboration with the project team, the implementation partner and the business process leads of the individual divisions

Analyzing commonalities of group processes and coordinating feasibility with relevant stakeholders

Responsibility for carrying out system tests based on the developed processes

Support in the training of local super users

Main contact person for local super users and for the implementation of roll-outs
Requirements:

Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a university degree with a focus on Business Administration or IT

Several years of professional experience in the implementation of ERP projects in the area of purchasing & supply planning, ideally in the consumer goods industry

Extensive SAP knowledge (ideally in SAP S/4 Hana) and IT affinity for various ERP programs

Sound process and project management know-how as well as technical understanding

Professionalism in appearance, communication and presentation at all hierarchical levels, equally in German and English

Business fluent in English

Independent, structured and autonomous way of working, analytical approach as well as assertiveness and an integrating personality

Collaboration in a global team and professional experience in international projects, SME-network management, communication and change management

Enthusiasm as well as a goal-oriented, conceptual and pragmatic approach
