Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY:
Process engineering coordinator is responsible develop the strategy working together with the engineering team to achieve the efficiency targets in the company.
Ensure Plans, manages, and supports manufacturing engineering activities in the area of production processes, equipment, machinery, fixtures, gauges and tooling and develops documentation for the acquisition and appropriation of capital goods.

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure process with safety quality and productivity designs.
- Consult with management, engineering and other personnel on manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
- Research and recommend new manufacturing methods, machinery, and equipment to increase productivity, reduce waste and reduce costs.
- Develops models of alternative processing methods to test the feasibility of new applications, systems, and processes. Designs and recommends implementation of improved procedures.
- Coordinate the design and specification of gauges, fixtures, tooling, material handling and material transportation in support of ongoing manufacturing operations.
- Oversee the design of products and systems to connect machines, hardware, and software.
- Coordinate manufacturing and installation activities to ensure that products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
- Ensure facilities and equipment are always kept safe and productive by supervising maintenance personnel.
- Work with machinery and equipment vendors regarding specifications, quotations, timing, delivery and installation. Negotiate long-term relationship agreements and LZB specific technology protection.
- Reviews and analyzes proposals submitted to determine if the benefits derived and potential applications justify the costs.
- Support company-wide standardization of processes, equipment and management systems.
- Maintain and update CAD documentation for plant layout designs, fixture and equipment locations.
- Assist with the establishment of manufacturing capital budgets and equipment expenditures.
- Consults with other departments such as Environmental Compliance, Marketing, Quality, Safety and Legal to provide technical input as needed.
- Participates in meetings, seminars, vendor trips and training sessions to stay informed of new developments in the field.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
E1 Experience
Oracle , Autocad, Solidworks
90% English
3 – 4 years of experience in process engineering area
