Process Data Analyst

MISSION : For his/her area of responsibility:

Validate new manufacturing processes or process changes brought about by product requirements or the improvement of industrial performance

Enable factories to Master their manufacturing processes, by anticipating their requirements and giving them the necessary technical assistance

Develop the manufacturing process skills of the employees intervening on the processes in his/her Area
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

The process is validated and complies with the standard approach and the planned timeline.

Anticipate and mitigate the risks of not attaining the expected performance levels.

The technical standards and specifications are defined and made available. Right the First Time principles are applied
-
Client needs: Product Performances, Industrial Performances are taken into account and included in Specifications
-
Customer Complaints, Non-conformities and Performance deviations (Product, Industrial) discovered during use are processed with the appropriate level of response. The effectiveness of any corrective actions is demonstrated.

The process technical expertise is given and provides long-term contribution to the development of the skills of employees working in the Area.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor's Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analyst or a related field.

3-5 years experience in Process Engineering or Data Analyst roles, particularly in industries

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Python, Azure, Power BI

Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI, Advanced analytics , machine learning to enhance process efficiency and predictive maintenance

Participation in projects involving process optimization, digitalization initiatives, or data analysis.

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and continuous learning
-
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Asia and Europe
-
Thai native speaker with Upper Intermediate of English communication
