In this dynamic Pro Artistry Education role, you will be responsible for the artistry events, plus training & education execution across Europe that elevates artistry skill and ignites passion for Hourglass Cosmetics. This is an exciting opportunity to combine artistry training with pro-level talent leading workshops, masterclasses, press & influencer events, and brand events. This position requires outstanding artistry skill and well-established artistry expertise in luxury beauty brands, extensive experience facilitating trainings and live shows across multiple audience categories. It is critical for the candidate to have luxury brand artistry aesthetic, brand ambassador experience, highly poised, articulate, and polished on camera presence, superior attention to detail, and a passion for developing and growing team skill.
This position reports to the Executive Director of the region, and partners closely with the Global and Local Education & Events teams.
Facilitation & Training
- Lead various developmental high-level trainings for Markets and Field, developing highly skilled field & store-level BAs from an artistry, sales, and customer experience perspective.
- Harness the Hourglass aesthetic, artistry POV, and, in partnership with Global Edu & Artistry Development team, develop looks, techniques, and service experiences to ensure brand continuity & brand aesthetic.
- Consult with EU markets to help identify opportunities for development plans of field & counter teams.
- Support new market & new door openings, training teams, eventing, & leading special programming to drive traffic and productivity in-store.
Artistry Ambassador
- Act as the ultimate brand ambassador bringing the brand’s artistry, voice, and luxury approach, from the brand to Europe
- Artistry point person and liaison between EU market & global head office teams to share & advise on in-market artistry trends, consumer behavior, and service experience opportunities.
- Serve as an artistry ambassador for the brand, hosting dynamic press, influencer, and store-level events.
- Partner with Hourglass marketing teams to create & host personal makeup experiences for influencers.
- Achieve personal sales goals during store events and VIP masterclasses.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years' experience in education artistry within the beauty industry.
- Extensive experience hosting events
- Deep understanding of the current beauty industry trends, artistry techniques, and looks.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet competing deadlines; maintain creative and active problem solving to drive on time and quality delivery for all projects and partner with various levels in the organization.
- Effective communicator, strong relationship-building skills and proven record of cross-functional partnerships.
- Thrive in an environment that is fast paced, rapidly changing and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives, works well under pressure.
- French and English mandatory, a third language would be highly appreciated
