Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proven experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centered design.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in mobile and desktop application design.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers.
