What You Can Expect
- To design, develop and implement ATE solutions for ASICs and high-speed optical interconnect devices
- Responsible for defining test plans, designing test hardware and implementing test programs for production and characterization.
- Work closely with product engineering and cross functional teams to own and execute on all test engineering activities related to the NPI plan including new silicon bring-up, release of sampling test programs, release of qualification and characterization test programs, release of production test program.
What We're Looking For
-
Solid understanding of scan and MBIST DFT test methodologies.

Design of complex and high-performance ATE hardware.

Testing of high-speed interfaces (NRZ/PAM4)

Solid understanding of mixed signal ATE principles.

Demonstrated expertise in Advantest 93K or Uflex ATE platforms.

BS EE.or higher

Min 10+ years of related experience
