Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Process Engineer to join our QA team. You will work closely with the operations and engineering teams to document and review operational processes and identify improvements to existing manufacturing and engineering process flows.
Primary responsibilities

  1. • Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic products to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. • Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance production processes.
  3. • Equipment Management (Assembly Jig and tool): Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment like Test Jig, Tool and accessories to ensure optimal performance.
  4. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  5. • Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  6. • Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
  7. • Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.


Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing process engineering.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Software skill: Python


Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

Work Environment:

  • This position typically operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various production equipment and processes.
  • Frequent travel to Batam may be required for training and collaboration with other facilities.
