Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

· Define the overarching product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and business goals.

· Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs to guide product innovation and growth.

· Lead the prioritization process to allocate resources effectively across product initiatives.

Team Management:

· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Set clear goals, expectations, and development plans for the product team.

Product Portfolio Oversight:

· Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch performance.

· Ensure product consistency, scalability, and quality across the portfolio.

· Advocate for a customer-centric approach in all product decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

· Work closely with executive leadership to align product initiatives with broader organizational priorities.

· Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.

· Leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and market research to optimize product strategies.

Market Advocacy:

· Serve as the voice of the customer, championing their needs within the organization.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our products and gather insights.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science or Software Engineering, or a related field.

· MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.

Experience:

· 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of successfully delivering and scaling products in fast pace environments, hypergrowth and/or transport and logistics

· Experience managing diverse product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.

Skills:

· Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

· Strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

· Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other product development methodologies.

· Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) and product management software (e.g., JIRA, Aha!).

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
